1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hostimatic's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Payment and Renewals

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension and eventual termination.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time via the client area. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

Using our services for illegal activities, spamming, phishing, or distributing malware is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
